1100 Miles in 2011 - Run 7

Gold star day. Four miles, but they were on a treadmill. Do I need to put an * on these miles? The temperature was in the teens and it was dark outside so there was no way I was running outside. Four miles in place is still four miles?

    might need to * that one...depends though. Maybe just take a mile off the distance and it is about equal.
